Key Responsibilities
- Assist Customers with inquiries and bookings.
- Manage bookings and re-bookings efficiently
- Provide direct sales and after-sale support
- Maintain high-quality service standards
Requirements
- C1 proficiency in Mandarin & fluent in English
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Customer service experience
- Namibian citizen, permanent or domicile resident
- Willingness to do shift work

- Strong customer orientation with a genuine desire to help
- Friendly, supportive, and patient demeanour

Salary: market related depending on experience and skill set
Working hours: Rotational shifts
