Here for Jobs is a paid service offered to employers for the purpose of advertising job vacancies. Job seekers (candidates) are not charged for using the platform and are therefore not eligible for any refunds.
No Guarantee of Placement
Here for Jobs provides a platform to connect employers with potential candidates. We do not guarantee:
- The number of applications received
- The quality or suitability of candidates
- Successful placements or hires
By using our services, employers acknowledge that outcomes may vary depending on factors such as job specifications, market conditions, and candidate availability.
No Refunds Policy
All purchases made by employers for job postings or subscription plans are final and non-refundable.
Once a job listing or package has been purchased:
- The service is considered to have commenced immediately
- No cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued
- Unused listings or time remaining on a package will not be refunded
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered at the sole discretion of Here for Jobs in cases where:
- A technical error on the platform prevents the service from being delivered as intended
- Duplicate payments have been made in error
Any such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
